3. Get plenty of sleep
4. Fuel your body, eat healthy have snacks nuts, berries, carrots and fruit.Try and stay      away from junk food
5. Do some exercise go for a walks, run 
6. Keep away from Coffee and energy drinks
7. Ask for help, if you get stuck teachers are here to help.
